Guideline when creating a Line:

*Strictly use ONLY a valid email address when creating a streaming line and passwords should be a combination of

numbers and letters (we advise to leave it blank to create a strong password). We shall disable any line that

doesn’t adhere to the guidelines and there'll be no refund of credits.

*You agree that you will not sell a monthly subscription for less than £8.50 [GBP] or an annual subscription

for less than £50.00 [GBP or to the equivalent in a different currency]. Failure to comply with this will result

in a fine of £500. Your account login will be disabled until the fine has been paid. The fine has to be

paid within 7 days, after this period, if the fine is not paid, we will remove everything

from our system including all associated lines including your clients with no refund.

Important Notes:

·         Always Use Email (real not fake) at Username while making a trial or subscription account. Account with user name only will be

          deleted automatically.

·         No M3U URL or Server URL To be Given to Customers, Failure to Listen will result in Block.

·         Always Have a Minimum of 5 Credits in Panel and Top up as Soon as Possible to avoid Disconnection.

·         All Credit is Final and no Refunds of Credit is given so Spend Carefully.

·         Sitting on Same Credits for More than 30 Days will Result in Panel being locked, and Top up will be needed to Unlock, as this is a Reselling Business.

·         If you are Planning to leave the Business Let us Know 1 Month Before and a Fee will be Applied (fee depends on users under your reseller account) otherwise all Lines will be Suspended.
